The mediation model we use and the charges for each phase:

So, the professional fee for most mediation tends to be €450 +VAT.
We will discuss with you where the mediation should take place. For example, it may not be appropriate in a small workplace for the mediation to take place on-site. In such cases we will agree a suitable venue with you and ask that you make the arrangements for the venue. This may mean you will pay a fee for venue hire. Any travel and subsistence costs are charged at standard civil service rates.
Because we believe that you as our client should always be satisfied, we offer a 100% guarantee: if for any reason you’re not satisfied with our service then you pay nothing.
